Success Story

Rooted Oak Farm

Rooted Oak Farm was founded in 2017 by Nikki and Stuart Oke. They formed a business that nurtures the relationships between the customers, the farmers, and the land, with agroecology at the core of their principles. They work hard to maintain the connections that exist in the farm’s ecosystem and to grow food in a way that promotes these connections. Rooted Oak grows three acres of vegetables, cut flowers, and is marketed through customizable CSA baskets and farmers’ markets in the Ottawa region.
